(SPONSORED) Avène Hydrance Cream in Gel Review

I love gel moisturizers. However, despite of the refreshing texture, I found that the hydration they give are minimal. Come into the picture, is this new gel moisturizer from the beloved French skincare brand Avène: Hydrance Cream in Gel Moisturizer.

I received this product from Clozette Indonesia & Avène Indonesia, and have been using this for the past two weeks, for both my morning and night moisturizer. It pairs nicely with my two other Avène products that I'm using as well, the Eau Thermale Spring Water and the Cleansing Gel.

(Sponsored) GOBDIGOUN Luxury Korean Skin Care Review

There is no doubt that Koreans know good skin care. From dry skin to acne to anti-aging concerns, there are many Korean beauty products available to choose from. This time, I was given the opportunity to review Gobdigoun, a luxury Korean brand that has been established since 2010.

A little background info about Gobdigoun, it is created by LG Household & Health Care Shop's Beautiplex and they have physical stores at Myeongdong and Chungmu in Seoul. They don't have any store yet in Indonesia, but fret not because you can still buy their products online.

(Sponsored) SPA ESSENTIA Face & Body Care Review

As a beauty & skincare enthusiast, I feel so happy that I live in Indonesia, a place where the nature produces so many beneficial plants for our skin's health. As much as I believe in scientific skincare, I believe that the best skincare comes from a combination between good natural ingredients as well as scientific approach.

That's why I'm so thrilled when I got the opportunity to try and review local brand Spa Essentia skincare products from Clozette Indonesia. Spa Essentia is a natural skincare brand created under PT Essentia Tritunggal, with a close business relationship with Indonesian leading spa company PT Indo Gaya Spa. Since this is a local company, they source their natural ingredients locally too, meaning that we support local business while using their products to take care of our skin.

(Review) Esfolio Sheet Mask Review: Clean Skin Mask & Essence Mask

Have you ever heard of this Korean skincare brand called Esfolio? I found out about this brand around few months ago from elevenia. Some of this brand's hero products are the sheet masks and aloe vera gel.

I've tried both of their sheet masks and aloe vera gel and I like both of them. However, in this post I will only review the sheet masks first.

The sheet masks come in two type: Clean Skin Mask and Essence Mask. The name's very confusing for me, because on both of the packaging, they both use "Essence Mask Sheet" as product names. The significant difference for me is the packaging; the Clean Skin one has matte packaging with cute illustration, while the Essence Mask has glossy packaging with photo of the ingredient it contains.

(Sponsored) #BaborIndonesiaXClozetteID Skin Care Class

I've had the opportunity to attend a skin care class held by Babor Indonesia and Clozette Indonesia on 29th September 2017. This event is held at La Madame Restaurant at Hang Tuah Raya no.8. La Madame restaurant itself is a super pretty restaurant with this peranakan style, and it totally gives this skin care class a Soirée vibe.

Nivea Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover Review

As a daily makeup user, I go through eye makeup remover FAST. Like seriously, I can finish a 100ml makeup remover in one month only. Hence why, I keep looking for affordable yet gentle & effective makeup remover.

My usual go-to eye makeup remover is Up and Away Makeup Remover by Beauty Story. However, even though it's considered as drugstore brand, I find it quite pricey: IDR88,000/100ml. Despite of the price, I was still using and repurchased it because I really like its ability to clean my delicate eye area gently, yet it removes makeup effectively (even the waterproof one!).

(Review) The Ordinary Skin Care By Deciem

The Ordinary
Beauty comes with price tag. In the world where people actually spend hundreds of dollar to purchase skincare products, beauty companies make us think that higher price tag means higher quality. Remember La Mer and Guerlain cream? Creme De La Mer costs $170 per 60ml, and Guerlain Orchidee Imperial Cream costs a whooping $455 per 48ml.

Crazy right?

(Review) Innisfree Bija Trouble Line

Innisfree Bija Line (Lotion, Facial Wash, Spot Treatment)
As a girl with oily and acne-prone skin, I'm always looking for the next magic skincare line to treat my skin woes.

Last week, I started using Innisfree's Bija Trouble line. It's Innisfree's line for acne-prone skin, and since my previous experience with Innisfree products have always been nice, I was excited to try these products. I did some research on people's reviews, and mostly are good, so I felt pretty safe to try this line.
